Longtime Houston’s of Austin is changing is name to Barlett’s after more than 20 years in business.
Franchisee Tim Barlett has run the eatery at the corner of Burnet Road and West Anderson Lane since 1990.
The move comes as Barlett’s agreement with Houston’s franchisor ended this year.
Barlett said the restaurant will stay the same in virtually every aspect, other than the name.
