Young food franchise Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill is celebrating three milestones in the company’s two and a half year history.

The popular Baja-Mexican eatery with locations in NSW and Victoria has been named a BRW 2010 Fast Starter, opened its seventh location at Castle Towers Shopping Centre in Castle Hill NSW, and on 1 May launches its largest promotion in a link with premium tequila brand, Herradura.

For the first time, Mad Mex has been named as a BRW Fast Starter. Founder and company director Clovis Young said “We’re in one of the fastest growing sectors of the fast-casual dining marketplace, and we’re thankful to our customers and business partners for helping us build our success to the point where we could be named a BRW Fast Starter.”
