UCMAS Canada Inc. won the Silver Award of Excellence in Franchising, awarded by the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) in recognition of excellence in franchise operations and franchise network. The Award was presented to UCMAS Canada Inc. at the 19th Annual CFA National Convention on May 3, 2010 during the gala presentation in Mont Tremblant, Quebec.
Award winners must demonstrate strong commitment to franchisee relationships, leadership and support of the franchise network. The winning franchise systems are decided based on the results of a survey that explores areas such as, training and support, franchise selection process, business planning, marketing and operations, that are completed by CFA member franchisors and franchisees.
