Burgers, chicken tenders, french fries and milk shakes aren’t exactly health food.
But the idea behind Tampa, Fla.-based EVOS is that diners can still enjoy their fast-food favorites – only without the side dish of guilt. The slogan? “Feel Great Fast Food.”
“We have a very unique concept that doesn’t exist in the marketplace,” co-founder Dino Lambridis said. “We’re an all-American burger cafe, except the ingredients are much healthier and more natural.”
EVOS is part of a national trend in the fast-food industry that has seen a boom in fast casual dining and increased interest among consumers for fresh and healthy options.
