The results for topfranchise. com. au‘s bi-annual review of the satisfaction levels of Australian franchisees marking its second survey running that has ranked Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisors at the top based on its satisfaction levels.
The survey is reported to have involved 2,000 franchisees from 65 franchise systems, conducted by research site 10 Thousand Feet.
The criteria framed included the intention of franchisees to renew their franchise agreement, their readiness to recommend a franchise to friends and colleagues, financial rewards, support level and the how passionate franchisees are about their brand.
