Franchisees To Make Their Mark At Mrs Fields

Mrs Fields’ CEO and Australian franchisor Andrew Benefield is developing strategies that allow franchisees to have more input on the development of the brand.

“At Mrs Fields, our franchise owners are our most important asset, and some of the best innovations come at franchisee level,” he said.

“We have changed the format of our quarterly communication meetings to ensure 50 percent of the agenda is allocated to their communication back to us. We now have a section at our weekly support team meeting dedicated to reviewing suggestions and input received from franchisees in the previous week.”
