A restaurant popular in the Twin Cities soon could be coming to Iowa City.
Green Mill Restaurant and Bar, which is based in St. Paul, Minn., and has 28 locations in Minnesota, Kansas, North Dakota and Wisconsin, is looking at expansion into Iowa. Cities that currently are being targeted are Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Des Moines and Sioux City, according to company officials, along with suburbs in the Twin Cities area.
CEO Paul Dzubnar said Iowa and particularly Iowa City were good fits for the company’s expansion plans.
