New York Butcher Shoppe Opening First Alabama Store In Cahaba Heights

The New York Butcher Shoppe will open its first Alabama location this fall in Cahaba Heights.

Bayer Properties said it represented the franchisee in choosing its first 1,700-square-foot store in the state at The Heights Village in Cahaba Heights.

The store will focus on Certified Angus Beef or USDA Prime beef, which has been aged for a minimum of 21 days and cut to order, said a news release. It also will offer pork, chicken, veal, lamb and homemade sausages, as well as Boars Head deli selections and other grocery items.
