Many restaurants work hard to provide the best in cleanliness, service, food safety and tasty menu items.
However, based on the results of a recent annual contest, the Huddle House on South Main Street in Greenwood does it better than just about every other Huddle House in the nation.
The South Main Huddle House location is operated by mother-son duo Ann Long and Jeff Long. It is one of four local Huddle Houses operated by the Long’s, the other locations being in McCormick, Saluda and on Bypass 72 in Greenwood.
Earlier this summer, the Huddle House on South Main was the runner up in the company’s annual “Best of the Best†competition. Essentially, it was regarded as the second best Huddle House in the nation, out of more than 400 stores. Continue reading.
