Salzman Leaves Gandolfo’s To Be Franchisee

Atlanta Business Chronicle:

The man who was helping to expand Gandolfo’s New York Delicatessen into the Southeast has decided to concentrate first on getting the Atlanta-based company some local restaurants.

Seth Salzman, who was senior vice president of operations for Gandolfo’s, has formed Six Senses Hospitality Management Group LLC with Ron Wolf, former founder and CEO of Georgia Restaurants Association, and Michael Gainsley, to be the master franchisee in Georgia for Gandolfo’s and Petro’s Chili & Chips.

Gandolfo’s offers a classic deli style menu with specialty sandwiches, including the Rocky Balboa, Big Apple, and Rockafella Ruben.
