McDonald’s will be selling the legendary McRib sandwich at outlets across the U.S. for the first time in 16 years. It’ll be available for only “six weeks or so” according to the Chicago Tribune. The McRib — a boneless pork product conglomeration pressed into a rib-cage shaped patty and slathered in barbecue sauce — is a thing of great wonderment and worship for its fans as it only appears, infrequently, at McDonald’s whim. Like a comet. Or a ground-up Sasquatch. A random meat comet!
