in the United States, takes its sizzling Teriyaki and made-to-order sushi from mall food courts to the streets of Orland Park, IL with the opening of a new store-front Teriyaki and Sushi Express franchise. Located at 15110 B La Grange Road, the store touts the brand promise “Fresh Happens Hereâ€.
Sarku chefs prepare made-to-order sushi and signature Teriyaki recipes on a Teppanyaki grill, fresh for guests to enjoy.
Orland Park franchisees, Mr. Baek Chan Seong and Ms. Kyung Hye Lee, immigrated from Korea several years ago in order to establish a better life for their teenage son and daughter. With previous experience operating restaurants in Korea, the husband and wife team felt the Sarku brand offered the perfect tool to achieve the American dream.
