Domino’s Pizza To Introduce New Mozzarella Cheese

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd, an Australian-based franchisee of Domino’s Pizza, is planning to introduce a new mozzarella cheese, which has 14% less fat, across its menu commencing January 1, 2011.

Domino’s new mozzarella cheese has been sourced from the San Joaquin Valley, which is south of the Napa Valley in California, and is made from the quality Grade A milk, the company said.
