Effective October 1, The Greene Turtle Franchising Corp. announced that it has purchased
the Columbia restaurant, located at 8872 McGaw Road and has assumed responsibility for day-to-day operations from a franchisee who had operated it since its opening in September 2006. Michael Heilman, a two-year veteran of the company, has been named General Manager of the restaurant.
JPB Capital Partners, the majority owner of The Greene Turtle Franchising Corp., made an additional investment in the Company to support this acquisition.
