You’ve heard of the phrase ‘behind every great man is a great woman’.
But for one award-winning WGC woman, the opposite is very much true.
Lindsey Peters has been named Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Club’s Franchisee of the Year for 2010 – the second time in five years she has scooped the honour.
But despite company rules meaning she had to attend the awards ceremony alone, she was quick to share the plaudits with her business partner and fiance Michael Wood.
“It’s absolutely a team effort,†Lindsey told the WHT.
“He has helped me build this business to make it the very best. It wouldn’t run at this level without him. He mentors a lot of the members as well.â€
