Hunters has appointed Richard Bray as a master franchisee as part of its ongoing expansion plans.
The licence allows Bray (pictured) to appoint self-employed, home-based agents to work across Manchester under the Hunters Personal brand. He plans to recruit 10 personal agents across the city in the next year.
Bray, 33, became a Hunters personal agent in Garforth, near Leeds, earlier this year, after leaving his salaried job as a branch manager at another estate agency in Selby.
