Owner/Franchisee Bob Kohlruss is excited to introduce Showhomes branded ‘staging with a twist’ to the area as he shares the concept with local Realtors, investors, lenders and home sellers. “We create a buzz about the home, which drives more showings, ” says Kohlruss. “Service is free to the Realtor, with only a small fee charged to the home owner. We offer short-term live-in ‘home managers’ to keep the home showroom ready for viewing at a moment’s notice.
