Gourmet pizza chain Pizza Capers
has grown from two stores to more than 90 stores in 10 years.
With its first overseas store trading in Singapore, the company is now eying expansion into Penang, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta early next year – as well as opening additional outlets at home in NSW, Tasmania and WA in 2011.
“It’s an exciting time,” observes Capers co-founder Scott Geiszler, who this week celebrated the company’s 15 millionth pizza. (Quite how they’ve kept count we’re not sure…)
“We’re another step closer to our goal of being the most successful pizza brand in Australia,†he said.
