Swisher Hygiene Inc. has acquired the hygiene and chemicals business operated by Lasfam Investments Inc., its franchisee in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Lasfam operates a restroom-hygiene business under the trade name “Sani-Service.†The company was founded in 1995.
The deal is valued at nearly $1.7 million in cash, and the assumption of liabilities and a promissory note.
