Back in business this week following a devastating fire in June, the Benito’s Pizza franchisee is happy to be making dough again at a renovated and upgraded storefront he rents at 1700 Rochester Road.
The last six months have been tough for the Shelby Township man and his wife, Georgie, who were out of town when they got the call their livelihood was up in smoke. They are still dealing with insurance agents to cover an estimated $100,000 loss for contents and equipment.
