When 19-year old cheerleader and coach Petra Johnson decided to change gear to follow her life’s passion, she founded Caramel Rock, a non-profit organization, which combined her love of fashion with her drive to make a difference in the lives of young people within her community. Today, almost two years after its inception, the organization is struggling to raise funds in order to meet its growing needs, something Johnson hopes to overcome with the help of business coach Richard Haley and ActionCOACH’s annual, global Coaching for a Cause campaign.
