The highly-respected Franchise Relationships Institute is running its third annual Multi-Unit Franchising Summit in Melbourne on 10-11 March 2011.
The Multi-Unit Franchising Summit is aimed at franchisees looking to learn more about the possibilities and realities of operating multiple units as well as franchisors wanting to expand their network by granting additional units to existing franchisees.
‘Research in this area indicates that multi-unit operators are either making a lot of money or are inheriting unprofitable headaches,’ says Greg Nathan of Franchise Relationships Institute. ‘The need for learning and sharing what’s working is vital and it’s why we run this event each year.’
