Hampton Hotels came out on top of Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2011 list of the best franchises. Hampton won the top spot for its ability to listen and respond to customers as well as its “borderline insane” money-back guarantee, the magazine explained. Also in the top 10: McDonald’s, Supercuts and 7-Eleven.
