CiCi’s Pizza, a family-oriented pizza buffet franchise based in Plano, Texas, is opening a 4,000-square-foot restaurant in Southern Tier Crossing in Horseheads on Feb. 14.
The new eatery will be directly across from Dick’s Sporting Goods, between the AT&T and Lane Bryant stores, said Michael Lattin, the Horseheads resident who will own the franchise.
Lattin has an extensive history in franchising and for 30 years, he operated several Dunkin’ Donuts in the Elmira/Horseheads area. The Southern Tier Crossing operation will be Lattin’s first CiCi’s franchise.
