Saladworks’ white Radiatorre pasta has been a favorite among customers in signature salads like the Turkey Club and Tivoli, as well as in create-your-own salads. After testing the wheat rotini pasta for several months, Saladworks found that 30%-40% of customers chose wheat pasta and were pleased with the new healthy option.
