The founder and CEO of a growing Georgia restaurant chain wants to find franchisees to open at least 10 locations in Cincinnati by 2016.
Pierre Panos and Fresh to Order plan to bring gourmet food to customers at the speed of a fast-casual restaurant, what he calls, “fast-fine.†But first, he has to find the right franchise operators.
“We’ve had some applications, but we’re looking for a different level of franchisee,†Panos said.
