Franchisee success will be under the microscope when an international scientific study is launched next week by a team of psychologists at the Franchise Relationships Institute (FRI) in Brisbane.
The 2011 Franchisee Success Study is the first global research project of its type aimed at identifying the personal factors that help franchisees achieve success and satisfaction. The study will also seek to find ways to minimize the destructive impact of franchisee failure and relationship breakdowns.
