Tossed is once again expanding its salad restaurant concept, this time in the Windy City.
The Fort Lauderdale-based restaurant chain has signed a franchise agreement with an ownership team that plans to open three locations in downtown Chicago.
Nathan Sopha and Daniel Griffin are partners in Tossed’s new Chicago franchise group. The two, who are described as “experienced health care professionals,†spent the last several years researching franchise opportunities before deciding on Tossed.
