A new ‘women-centric’ estate agency proposition launched yesterday in Essex.
Alexandra Rose Estates has female franchisees operating as virtual agents in Brentwood, Chelmsford, Havering & Thurrock, and the North Essex area.
The head office is in Colchester and there are plans to open a high street office this autumn.
The aim is to take the concept nationwide and possible franchisees are being told that estate agent experience is not necessary as full training and support will be given.
The plan is to attract businesswomen looking to make a positive impression on the UK property market and facilitate their entry into the industry, said a spokeswoman for the firm. Each franchisee will pay from just under £10,000.
