For the second straight year, DirectBuy of Little Rock took home Club of the Year honors at DirectBuy’s annual conference. The award, which represents the organization’s highest honor, signifies excellence in customer service, business operations, and membership sales.

Lead by franchisees Phil and Paula Schmidt, Rand Falbaum, Cody Yeoman, and Andrew Norton, the Little Rock club also took home Top 10 Sales Club honors, a 5-Star Customer Service Rating for the year, and several individual sales and service accomplishments.
