Rainbow Academy Early Learning Centers is built upon the foundation of creating genuine, caring relationships with every member of the Rainbow Academy family. Founded in 1997 by Guy and Julia Falzarano, Rainbow Academy first opened its doors in Iselin, NJ, quickly expanding to ten centers operating in six counties — Bergen, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris and Union. The family-owned business now employs more than 350 people, serving 1500 families.
In January, the organization formed a franchise company, with plans to expand the brand throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Connecticut. “It became evident that franchising was the best way for us to expand and control the brand that we have worked so hard to build,†says Mr. Falzarano. In 2011, three more centers are scheduled to open and the pipeline is quickly filling up.
