Community, school and sporting groups in Whangarei are set to receive an estimated $10,000 over the next year thanks to its local Domino’s Pizza.
Domino’s Pizza Whangarei plans to hold a Doughraiser every Monday night to raise money for various charities and organisations in the town.
Franchisee Jayesh Madhav says he has been running the initiative for the past three months and it’s proven to be such a success that he’s keen to keep it going.
“So far we’ve helped a number of schools and sports teams, but we’d like to extend it out to all of the various community organisations here in Whangarei,†he says.
