Continental Foods Inc., of Florida owned by Mr. Syed Ahmad, one of the top 3 Denny’s franchisee’s by size, has sold two single tenant free standing NNN Denny’s in Jacksonville and Altamonte Springs (North Orlando) Florida.
The NNN sale was handled by Steven Davis and Scott Hintze of Retail Investment Group, LLC is Scottsdale, Arizona. Title and Escrow services were through Allen Brown of GRS Title Services.
The Altamonte Springs restaurant sold for $2,016,146 and provided the investor with a safe reliable 7.5% return on their investment for the property.
The Jacksonville site was sold to a different private investor out of North Carolina at a price of $1,985,000. The Jacksonville site on Atlantic Boulevard is being remodeled in September of 2011.
