Supporting local charities is more than a yearly plan for RimTyme Franchisee Shawn DiLeo; it’s a promise. All three of DiLeo’s RimTyme locations will host special car shows this month. Proceeds from the events will go to local charities.
“I personally believe the more people we can we help, the more good it does for the community and our store,†said DiLeo. “It’s all about ‘People Helping People’, which is a motto we live by. Plus, supporting others makes us feel good, and demonstrating a positive image means a lot to our customers.â€
Car shows will be held in Indianapolis, Lexington and Columbus and will feature trophies for each class of vehicles, door prizes, 50/50 raffles, free food and more. DiLeo feels that the events will bring people together for a greater good in the communities he serves.
“We’re really excited to get the neighborhoods together. It will be a great day full of impressive rides and fun for the entire family; best of all, it’s for a good cause,†he said.
