U-Swirl, Inc., parent to U-SWIRL International, Inc., the owner and franchisor of U-SWIRL Frozen Yogurt® cafes, today announced that Waco, TX Franchisee, Texas Swirl, opened the 21st store in the company’s rapidly growing chain.
