An Austin, Texas-based Asian restaurant chain is looking for interested multi-unit franchisee operators in the Orlando market.
Mama Fu’s Asian House boasts Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese and Korean menu options — wants to open five new restaurants in Central Florida within the next few years with a target of 40 jobs per location. The chain’s 2,500-square-foot prototype is about a $575,000 total gross turnkey investment for franchisees, not including tenant allowance or other landlord credits, said Mama Fu’s President Randy Murphy.
