Jeff Warne was exploring franchising opportunities from a fast casual restaurant to a car wash operation as his next career move when a friend suggested that he take a look at a bakery concept out of Las Vegas.
Three months later, the former chief executive officer of restaurant operator O’Charley’s Inc. signed on as a franchisee with Nothing Bundt Cakes. And last week, Warne opened his first Nashville bakery at 21 White Bridge Road with another planned for next year and possibly others depending on how well the bundt cakes known for having a hole in the middle catch on here.
