Dublin-based Wendy’s Co. has settled a lawsuit with its largest franchisee that could’ve kept its new burger line out of more than 300 restaurants.
Wendy’s sued Cortland, N.Y.-based WendPartners Franchise Group in July after the franchisees balked at installing bun toasters deemed key to the new Dave’s Hot ‘N Juicy Cheeseburger line which began a nationwide rollout to its more than 5,800 company-owned and franchised restaurants this week.
