Bringing the East Coast to the Midwest, Edwardsville’s newest restaurant has pulled into the station.
Penn Station East Coast Subs opened for business at 231 Harvest Drive on Sept. 21. Franchisee co-owner Lisa Khan said she is excited about the new location.“We have done really well,” Khan said. “We never had an official grand opening; we just slipped some ads into local newspapers. We were so busy when we opened the Fairview Heights location that we wanted a chance to really work into a routine this time.”
Atif and Lisa Khan, a husband-and-wife team operating as Khan Solution Inc., also own and operate the Collinsville and Fairview Heights locations.
