The Visalia Chamber of Commerce will present the Central California Franchising Conference on owning a franchise from 8 a.m. to noon Nov. 2 at the Visalia Convention Center.
The conference is for people considering starting their own business and will focus on the fundamentals of franchise ownership, evaluating a franchise and financing.
Cost to attend is $10.
