The independent survey (in which over 78 percent of Miracle-Ear franchisees participated) was conducted by the Franchise Research Institute. The survey was designed to determine the level of franchisee satisfaction within the Miracle-Ear franchise system.
“Understanding the importance of knowing what a franchisee thinks, through confidential surveys, is vital to building successful franchise brands,” said Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of the Franchise Research Institute. “Miracle-Ear relied on unbiased, third-party research as the most accurate and transparent way to obtain honest feedback from their franchisees, allowing them to identify what may or may not be working within their system.”
