Rob Prober has made the trip from southern Ontario to take over the local franchises.
On Nov. 28, McDonald’s switched hands from being corporately owned over to Prober and his partner Nicole Tremblay. Prober has been part of the McDonald’s team for decades, moving up the chain until he became a franchisee in the Stratford and New Hamburg markets.
