Franchise Agreement Sees New Comfort Hotel Open In The UK

Choice Hotels Europe has opened its new Comfort Hotel Luton hotel in England through a recent franchise agreement.

This hotel follows the opening of Comfort Inn Hyde Park and is part of the Choice Hotel’s strategy of opening hotels in the country through franchise agreements with UK-based, independent hoteliers, companies and individuals.

Comfort Hotel Luton is owned and operated by Landlet Hotel Group, which also independently runs the Belgrave House Hotel in London. Zaheed Nizar, Director for Landlet Hotel Group, said: “We wanted to work with a strong global franchise brand and Choice Hotels Europe was the organisation that best matched our needs.”
