Fresh Coat Painters has expanded its operations in southern Florida with the launch of Michelle van Dyk’s franchise to serve Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Weston, Sunrise, Coral Springs, Boca Raton, Pompano Beach and their surrounding communities.
For van Dyk, Fresh Coat is the most recent of a long list of entrepreneurial enterprises ranging from businesses involving music, fine food, yachting, personal training and more. The South African native said she pursues businesses with an intellectual approach, and as she explored home services, she was drawn to Fresh Coat because of its professionalism.
“When looking at franchises, you have to do your research and due diligence,†she said. “Some businesses are tied to a fad that comes in and leaves again. When I examined Fresh Coat, I liked its system and how everything was set up. As an entrepreneur, I look at lots of businesses. Ultimately, everything has to make sense, and Fresh Coat did.â€
