2011 has seen Steve Latham, Managing Director of the Concentric Lettings Crosby Branch, and his team clock up an impressive 115 lets, with the staff now working towards a 2012 target of 24 lets per month.
Steve said: “We’ve had a great 2011. Starting from scratch, I attended my franchisee training http://www.UKFranchiseOpportunities.info in July 2010 and started officially trading in the November of that year. I had to quickly adopt the Business Owner model as my branch grew so quickly that I had to take on 4 new staff to cope with the volume of lets and instructions we were generating.â€
With his previous experience in the Liverpool LHA tenant market, Steve chose to develop this further as his USP (Unique Selling Proposition) and has now become a highly respected expert in LHA tenancies, which has created a great niche for him in the Liverpool area, especially surrounding his offices in the Crosby part of the city.
