Panda Express will celebrate the 2012 Chinese New Year holiday and the Year of the Dragon on Jan. 23 with a free entree serving of Firecracker Chicken Breast for Panda Express Facebook fans. January 23 is the first day of Chinese New Year and starts a 15-day long celebration for the holiday. Firecracker Chicken Breast features chicken breast with yellow and red bell peppers wokked together in a spicy black bean sauce.

People used bright red decorations and firecrackers to scare Nian away to have a safe new year.”
