FranNet Expands In Minneapolis

GlobeNewsWire.com:

FranNet, a national network of consultants that helps aspiring entrepreneurs start their own businesses, is expanding operations in Minnesota and has added Robyn Hartzell as an associate.

Hartzell knows what it’s like to be a skilled worker who has been cut loose. A Minneapolis native, Hartzell spent 25 years working in marketing and advertising with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. But her job was cut during the recession.

Determined to find a position that offered more independence and enjoyment, Hartzell came to FranNet, where she gets to help other displaced workers start their own businesses and find their life’s true passion.

“It’s great to be the captain of your own ship — owning your own business, setting your own goals and finding your own success without having someone else tell you what to do,” Hartzell said. “There are so many people looking for new directions because of the economy, and I think franchising is absolutely something to look at.”
