Print Shop Offering CV Help

This is Kent:

Job-seekers are set to receive a helping hand from a Canterbury print shop.

Cartridge World in Upper Bridge Street is offering to print up to ten copies of each customer’s CV free of charge, as part of the CV Sorted campaign.

Franchisee Colin Harms hopes that by giving job-hunters a leg-up, he can help to relieve the country’s ever-rocketing unemployment levels.

He said: “We recognise that the job market is tough, with fierce competition for most vacancies and that people looking for work need all the help they can get, which is why we’re offering our customers this free service.

“Local residents have been overwhelmingly receptive to the campaign so far. We’re encouraging customers to come in store and take advantage of this free service. Simply bring your CV to the store and we will happily print it for free.”
