A fast food giant is again showing interest in opening its Evesham restaurant into the early hours of the morning.
McDonald’s has written to councillors in the town to ask their thoughts on proposals to open its ‘drive thru’ on the Four Pools estate until 2am, seven days a week.
The proposal first came to light in December 2010, when The Journal reported how many residents living off nearby Charity Crescent feared the move could lead to more traffic and late night noise. More.
