Local Scottish Mum Shares Her Journey Into Franchising At Scottish Franchise Week

Mum to three Amrit Bedi didn’t want to return to a full time career as a maths teacher and she decided to take the steps into running her own business.

Amrit will be speaking during Scottish Franchise week about her journey running The award winning Creation Station franchise.

The ninth Scottish franchise week, ran by The British Franchise Association, sponsored by Lloyds TSB and supported by Which Franchise and Platinum wave, will take place from 30th April to 4th May and will feature a range of events and activities aimed at highlighting the importance of franchising in Scotland. Winner of the Best Franchisee Marketing Support, The Creation Station is delighted to be involved in Scottish Franchise Week 2012.

Local Creation Station franchise owner Amrit Bedi, from Glasgow, is speaking about her own journey into franchising at the Scottish Business breakfast on Thursday 3rd May at the Hilton Glasgow. “I was looking for something that would work alongside being a Mum. I realised starting up a business from scratch would difficult and so I started researching franchises.” says Amrit Bedi “It was a big step which has worked really well for me and my family, I have the work life balance I wanted and run success business that I love. I am delighted to be able to share my journey with others ”
